
Rosalind Nixon Evans, is a seasoned educator, administrator, and nonprofit leader with more than 25 years of experience dedicated to strengthening families, empowering communities, and preparing individuals for long‑term success. She is the Founder and CEO of Level Up the Atmosphere, LLC, an organization focused on workforce readiness, family support, and community empowerment across Georgia.
Rosalind spent nearly two decades as Director and Lead Teacher at Visionary Learning Academy, where she oversaw daily operations, staff development, curriculum implementation, transportation, and meal services. Her leadership created a nurturing, high‑quality learning environment that supported children and families throughout the community.
Her commitment to workforce development is reflected in her work with Hope 4 Changes, Inc., where she designed and facilitated job readiness workshops, coordinated community service projects, and provided individualized coaching to help clients achieve employment success. Earlier in her career, she served as a Case Manager II with Georgia DFACS, administering TANF, Medicaid, Food Stamps, childcare, and employment programs while guiding clients toward self‑sufficiency.
Rosalind holds an Information Processing Specialist credential from Atlanta Technical College, a CDA Credential, First Aid/CPR certification, and additional training in small business development and government contracting. Her diverse background also includes real estate licensure and CDL certification.
