Cheryl Collins | Worship Director
Cheryl Collins is a devoted Worship Director whose life has been shaped by a strong foundation of faith, lifelong ministry, and a deep commitment to serving others. From accepting Christ at 18 to building a career spanning over 25 years in corporate business, she has combined spiritual dedication with professional growth, earning advanced degrees and leadership certifications along the way. Pastor Tawanna Grant is a dynamic leader who blends corporate expertise with a deep commitment to ministry, mentorship, and community impact. As a Senior Vice President at Truist, she leads teams focused on technology and operational strategy, while also pastoring Ephesians320 Church alongside her husband. Her work extends into entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and mentoring through organizations like Women in Technology (WIT) and Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF), where she helps guide emerging leaders. Through every role, she emphasizes intentional leadership and personal growth.

Jariah Richardson is a devoted and emerging leader who is passionate about serving others and making a meaningful impact within her community. Currently pursuing a double major toward an Associate Degree in Childhood Education at The Promise Career Institute, she is dedicated to personal growth, academic excellence, and walking in purpose with compassion and integrity.

He has spent 5+ years in education and is currently an award winning filmmaker as well as a registered behavior technician. He has a passion for the arts and the the future generations, and that shows in his professions and choices. He is beyond excited to bring his talents to this organization.
