Level Up the Atmosphere is dedicated to supporting women impacted by incarceration as they work toward rebuilding stable, independent lives. We provide compassionate, community-centered support through programs that focus on GED preparation, reentry support, transportation assistance, healing services, mentorship, and housing guidance. Our approach connects women with the education, resources, and encouragement needed to move forward with confidence. To learn more about how these programs support women and families in real life, we invite you to explore our Services page.
We guide adults through GED prep with laptops, tutoring, and patience so reading barriers stop blocking their future.
Our reentry program blends healing, goal setting, and workforce readiness so women come home with structure and support.
Through Compass 2 Transportation, we coordinate safe rides for court, release, classes, and medical care across counties.
Before Level Up the Atmosphere (L.U.T.A.) became a source of support for women rebuilding their lives, it began with our founder’s personal journey through teen motherhood, incarceration, and the determination to earn her GED. That lived experience shaped a mission rooted in compassion, accountability, and real opportunities for change. Today, L.U.T.A. supports women and families through education, workforce readiness, transportation, and community-centered programs that create pathways to stability. Learn more about our story and the purpose behind our work on the About page.

Rosalind turned teen pregnancy, homelessness, and incarceration into leadership that guides every decision we make.

We connect GED prep, counseling, and transportation so women rebuild stability without facing systems alone.

Grounded in Atlanta communities, we partner with local colleges, jails, and agencies to support women's futures.
