I am Worship Director Cheryl Collins, a servant of God whose life has been deeply rooted in ministry from birth. I come from a strong spiritual lineage where faith and service were a way of life. My late father faithfully served as Head Deacon until his passing, and my late mother devoted her life to serving in various areas of the church. Because of their example, serving God is truly in my blood and bones.
At the age of 18, I accepted Christ as my personal Savior. That moment transformed my life and shaped the direction of my future. From that point forward, I developed a sincere and unwavering love for God that continues to guide my personal walk and my commitment to ministry.
In addition to my ministry service, I have devoted over 25 years to corporate business, working in call center operations, healthcare support, and sales support environments. During this time, I remained committed to personal and professional development, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, a Master’s Degree in Management, and achieving certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). These experiences strengthened my leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
Today, I am honored to extend those skills into entrepreneurship and community service. I am actively involved in the leadership and development of Collins Educational Services, a community-focused educational organization created to provide youth and young adults with guidance, life-skills education, financial awareness, and programs that support personal development and generational growth.
I also help lead Collins Driving School, a family-owned driving education company based in Georgia that provides defensive driving courses, driver’s education programs, Joshua’s Law training, and behind-the-wheel instruction for teens and adults seeking safe and responsible driving education.
Through these businesses, my passion is to empower individuals, strengthen families, and equip communities with knowledge, preparation, and opportunity.
Most importantly, I faithfully serve as Worship Director at Ephesians320 Church under the anointed leadership of Pastor Tawanna Grant. My heart for worship is not centered on performance but on creating an atmosphere where the presence of God can move freely bringing healing, restoration, and transformation to His people.
I believe worship is not simply a position or title; it is a lifestyle of surrender, obedience, and service. My life’s mission is to use every gift, experience, and opportunity God has given me to uplift His people, strengthen communities, and glorify His name.
Isaiah 26:3 (KJV)
“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”
