Meet Our Founder

L.U.T.A. grew from Rosalind Nixon Evans' journey as a teen mom without a GED into a focused program for justice-involved women. Through literacy, mentorship, and reentry support, the program centers education, stability, and long-term freedom, helping women rebuild their lives, reclaim opportunity, and pursue self-sufficiency with consistent guidance.
